The house is built on site using frame technology and prefabricated elements. Its lightweight structure is set on a reinforced concrete foundation and fully insulated for comfortable year-round living, including winter.
The floor plan is designed for maximum efficiency — offering exactly the amount of space needed for a comfortable stay. Despite its compact footprint, the house includes two bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, a bathroom with a bathtub, a spacious entrance hall, and an open kitchen–living room.
The terrace can be designed in any shape or size. The project also allows for the two bedrooms to be combined into a single larger room, increasing storage capacity.
The layout can be mirrored in any direction, and window placement can be adapted to the cardinal points, desired views, and access routes. The structure is simple, quick to assemble, and highly reliable.
Only high-quality, eco-friendly materials are used. The house is designed around standard material sizes, generating almost no construction waste — optimizing costs while conserving natural resources.
