In early 2025, the Delo team completed the construction of a two-story private house with an area of 185 m² in a pine forest near Saint Petersburg.
Its architecture evokes northern rural estates: the house is composed of several volumes with gable roofs of varying heights, one of which features dormer windows. The exterior is clad in brown-toned cedar planks—custom-produced for this project and characteristic of traditional wooden architecture.
A terrace with steps on both sides connects the house with the surrounding landscape. A bright entrance hall leads to a central hallway that unites the public and private parts of the house. This area also includes a guest toilet, a walk-in closet, and a sauna.
A spacious open-plan kitchen and living room fully occupies one wing of the house. The opposite wing houses two home offices and a guest bedroom. On the second, attic floor, there is a master bedroom, a children’s room, and a bathroom with a view of the forest. All rooms include built-in closets, storage spaces, or walk-in wardrobes.
The house is built on a reinforced concrete foundation. The project includes full interior finishing and advanced engineering systems: underfloor water heating, ventilation, and air conditioning.
Only high-quality, eco-friendly materials were used during construction. The design takes into account standard material sizes, resulting in minimal construction waste. This approach helps optimize costs and conserve natural resources. Many structural elements were specially designed and produced for this project.
