Delo House is a division of the Delo brand, which also producesfurniture, household items, and clothing. The team not only designs houses butalso handles construction, takes responsibility for their operation, andprovides after-sale service. Additionally, Delo furnishes its homes with in-housefurniture and objects.

In early 2025,the Delo team completed the construction of a two-story private house with anarea of 185 m² in a pine forest near Saint Petersburg.

Its architectureevokes northern rural estates: the house is composed of several volumes withgable roofs of varying heights, one of which features dormer windows. Theexterior is clad in brown-toned cedar planks—custom-produced for this projectand characteristic of traditional wooden architecture.
A terrace with steps on both sides connects the house with the surroundinglandscape. A bright entrance hall leads to a central hallway that unites thepublic and private parts of the house. This area also includes a guest toilet,a walk-in closet, and a sauna.

A spacious open-plan kitchen and living room fully occupies one wing of thehouse. The opposite wing houses two home offices and a guest bedroom. On thesecond, attic floor, there is a master bedroom, a children’s room, and abathroom with a view of the forest. All rooms include built-in closets, storagespaces, or walk-in wardrobes.

The house is built on a reinforced concrete foundation. The project includesfull interior finishing and advanced engineering systems: underfloor waterheating, ventilation, and air conditioning.

Only high-quality, eco-friendly materials wereused during construction. The design takes into account standard materialsizes, resulting in minimal construction waste. This approach helps optimizecosts and conserve natural resources. Many structural elements were speciallydesigned and produced for this project.
