The house is built on site using frame technology and prefabricated elements. The lightweight structure is set on a reinforced concrete foundation, with full thermal insulation to ensure year-round comfort, including in winter.

The floor plan is designed for maximum efficiency, accommodating four bedrooms, a kitchen–living room, two bathrooms, a boiler room, and a spacious entrance hall. The terrace can be made in any shape or size.

The layout can be mirrored in any direction, and windows can be positioned according to the cardinal points, the desired views, and the location of the access road. The structure is simple, easy to build, and reliable.
