In 2013, the bar occupied a small space on the second floor of one of the cluster's buildings, to which a staircase with an accent portal and a small balcony was attached. In 2014, the project was expanded. A veranda was built on the roof of the adjacent one-story building, and a bridge was extended across the courtyard, providing a connection between the two parts of the project.
The main weight of the bridge rests on steel supports fixed at different angles—this ensures the stability and steadiness of the structure. They are positioned at the distance from the buildings required for a vehicle to pass.
During construction, as well as for the bar's interior design, budget materials and structures were used, some of which were previously used. For example, the windows for the veranda were moved from another site after dismantling.
Most of the furniture and interior items were created by enthusiasts rather than professional workers.
