Hideout is a project from the Wynwood Hotel team, reimagining the former buildings of the Imperial Marine Guards in St. Petersburg as a vibrant community quarter.
Here, there are no standard hotel rooms or conventional apartments — every space is a residence, individually crafted in collaboration with leading architectural and design studios, including Choice, Da Bureau, Delo, Saga, Yaratam, Form, Neymand Studio, and Paum.
One such residence, designed and furnished by Delo Studio, combines refined simplicity with maximum functionality. The interior unfolds as a sequence of well-proportioned spaces: an entry hall, an open kitchen–living area anchored by a generous sofa, and a spacious bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Ample built-in storage is seamlessly integrated throughout.
Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the rooms with natural light, framing views of a secluded courtyard. A restrained color palette unifies the interior, while preserved elements — historic brick walls and an exposed concrete ceiling — add character and texture.
Furnished with Delo’s signature series pieces and complemented by bespoke built-ins crafted to the studio’s drawings, the residence is finished with a vibrant accent: Pink Garden (2024) by artist Marta Martynova.
